Limitations

Payage’s tenant webhook flow operates only at the “master” level. If you have multiple instances, set it up at the highest level:

    • Website 1

    • Website 2

    • Website 3

How to set up

To set up Payage, use their “Tenant Webhook” flow.

In PayInsight, go to your Org / Entity.

Copy the webhook URL we provide:

After reading the warning, acknowledge it and proceed. This adds the integration in a disabled state.

Provide the webhook URL to your Payage account manager and ask them to set it up as a tenant webhook. Also, request a signature key for that webhook.

Once received, return to PayInsight, edit the disabled Payage integration, and add the signature key. This enables the integration and allows it to work as intended.
